أمازون تستحوذ على UpNext للخرائط

يبدو بأن العام 2012 سيكون حرب مابين الشركات في مجال الخرائط ذات الرسومات ثلاثية الأبعاد فلقد رأينا أبل وقوقل  والآن الموقع GigaOM يقول بأن أمازون ستقوم بالأستحواذ على  UpNext مقابل 2.5 مليون دولار أمريكي مقابل دعم أمازون بنظام الخرائط برسومات ثلاثية الأبعاد، لماذا.. ؟ لأن أمازون ستستفيد من تغطية أمريكا برسومات ثلاثية الأبعاد واستخدامها في أجهزتها ولربما في خدماتها أيضا لكن مرة أخرى لاتوجد تأكيدات لكن الأمر ليس مستبعد.
